By downloading or using the CepteHasat application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
CepteHasat is developed and operated by Mert Aksu ("Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a commercial service on an "AS IS" basis.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Upon registration, users select one of two roles:
Roles may be changed within the Application at any time.
Users are solely responsible for any content they publish through the Application, including job listings, messages, photographs, videos, and profile information. The Service Provider does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content and assumes no liability for it. By uploading content, users grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The AI-powered crop disease detection and yield estimation features are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Users should independently verify any information before making agricultural, financial, or operational decisions. The Service Provider is not liable for any decisions made based on AI analysis results.
The Service Provider acts solely as a platform connecting farm owners and workers. The Service Provider is not a party to any agreement or employment relationship between users and bears no responsibility for disputes arising from such relationships.
All content within the Application, including design, code, text, and graphics, is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Application and shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of user data caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Users can permanently delete their account and all associated personal data directly from the Application settings at any time. Deletion can also be requested by contacting info@ceptehasat.com. All data will be removed within 30 days unless retention is required by applicable law.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
The Application is currently available free of charge. Certain features may become subject to fees in the future. Planned areas for potential monetization include AI-powered crop analysis usage limits and the number of active job listings available to farm owners. The specific limits and pricing will be communicated to users before any charges are applied. Continued use of paid features will constitute acceptance of the applicable fees.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Turkey.

CepteHasat uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Lütfen uygulamayı kullanmadan önce dikkatle okuyunuz.
CepteHasat, Mert Aksu ("Hizmet Sağlayıcı") tarafından geliştirilmekte ve işletilmektedir. Uygulama ticari bir hizmet olarak "OLDUĞU GİBİ" sunulmaktadır.
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir.
Kayıt sırasında iki rol arasından seçim yapılır:
Rol uygulama içinden her zaman değiştirilebilir.
Kullanıcılar, iş ilanları, mesajlar, fotoğraflar, videolar ve profil bilgileri dahil olmak üzere uygulama aracılığıyla yayımladıkları tüm içeriklerden münhasıran kendileri sorumludur. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, kullanıcı tarafından paylaşılan içeriklerin doğruluğunu denetlemez ve bunlardan sorumluluk kabul etmez. İçerik yükleyerek kullanıcı, söz konusu içeriklerin yalnızca hizmetin yürütülmesi amacıyla işlenmesine izin verdiğini kabul eder.
Yapay zeka destekli hastalık tespiti ve verim tahmini sonuçları yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; profesyonel tarımsal tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. AI tarafından üretilen sonuçlar hatalı, eksik veya güncel olmayabilir. Kullanıcılar, tarımsal, finansal veya operasyonel karar almadan önce bu bilgileri bağımsız olarak doğrulamalıdır. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu sonuçlara dayanılarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı yalnızca tarla sahipleri ile işçileri buluşturan bir platform rolü üstlenmektedir. Kullanıcılar arasındaki ilişkilerden ve anlaşmazlıklardan Hizmet Sağlayıcı sorumlu değildir.
Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu, metinleri ve tüm içerikleri Hizmet Sağlayıcı'ya ait olup fikri mülkiyet mevzuatı kapsamında korunmaktadır.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamanın kesintisiz erişilebilirliğini garanti etmez; teknik arıza, bakım çalışması veya mücbir sebeplerden kaynaklanan veri kaybı, bozulması veya erişilememesinden sorumluluk kabul etmez.
Kullanıcılar, hesaplarını ve tüm ilgili kişisel verilerini doğrudan uygulama ayarlarından istedikleri zaman kalıcı olarak silebilir. Silme işlemi ayrıca info@ceptehasat.com adresine e-posta gönderilerek de talep edilebilir. Tüm veriler, yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla 30 gün içinde silinir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu Koşulları ihlal eden kullanıcı hesaplarını önceden bildirmeksizin askıya alma veya kapatma hakkını saklı tutar.
Uygulama şu an ücretsiz olarak sunulmaktadır. İleride bazı özellikler ücretli hale getirilebilir. Ücretlendirilmesi planlanan alanlar arasında yapay zeka destekli bitki analizi kullanım limitleri ve tarla sahiplerine sunulan aktif ilan sayısı yer alabilir. Kesin limitler ve fiyatlandırma, herhangi bir ücret uygulanmadan önce kullanıcılara bildirilecektir. Ücretli özelliklerin kullanımına devam etmek, ilgili ücretlerin kabulü anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişikliğin ardından uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek yeni koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir.
İşbu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu Koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yetkili mahkemelerinde çözüme kavuşturulur.
